8bit Classic Essentials Blend

Balanced and Faster Absorbing

We spent the better part of 2023 perfecting our Classic Essentials Blend. Testing, adjusting and then more testing.  Lab testing ingredient ratios to achieve that perfect balance of oils that will soften, nourish and condition your skin and beard.

Each ingredient we use is chosen with intention and purpose.  Each one was analyzed for their unique fatty acid profile, their absorption rate and their comedogenic rating (pore clogging).  We took a lot of the amazing ingredients from our Signature Fragrance Blend and carried them over into our Classic Essentials Blend.

This left us with a very well rounded and balanced, amazing feel in beard Classic Essential Oil Blend that helps absorbs even faster than our Signature Fragrance Blend and continues to condition your dry skin and hair.

Golden Jojoba Oil

Comedogenic Rating: 2

Our Jojoba Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the Simmondsia chinensis shrub, native to the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, Northern Mexico and arid California.

Rich in beauty-boosting vitamins A, E and D, plus antioxidants and fatty acids, Jojoba Oil is able to penetrate deeply, reaching below the top layer of skin for maximum nourishment. As Jojoba Oil is so closely matched to the skin's natural oil, it is quickly absorbed, helps to hold moisture in the skin without leaving a greasy residue. It also has a shelf life and stability that is significantly higher than almost any other oil.

Because it absorbs deep into the skin, it works well as a scalp and hair moisturizer, hydrating hair follicles from the inside out. Its natural emollient properties help seal moisture into dry, split-ends and also works well for treating dry scalp and dandruff.

Avocado Oil

Comedogenic Rating: 2

Avocados offer a treasure trove of benefits, not only for your well-being but also for your skin and hair. Grown all over the world our avocado oil undergoes cold-press extraction from the entire avocado, which boasts a high-fat content, sometimes reaching up to 30% oil. This oil comprises 71% monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), 13% polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), and is notably rich in oleic acid.

The presence of these fatty acids within avocado oil bestows a plethora of essential nutrients that work wonders for both your skin and hair. Avocado oil distinguishes itself as one of the few oils capable of deeply permeating the hair shaft, as opposed to merely forming a surface layer. This is primarily attributed to its significant MUFA levels. (monounsaturated fatty acids)

Avocado oil excels at fortifying them from within, helping to avert damage, enhance skin elasticity, and render hair more pliable. Furthermore, despite its richness in profoundly nourishing fatty acids, avocado oil refrains from clogging pores or causing hair to appear flat and oily.
