We do our best to ship the next business day on all Beard Care and other items shipped from Ohio.  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed and shipped either USPS (2-5 days estimate) or UPS Ground (3 days estimate) depending on location.  Days shipped are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed by 8-bit Beard Co.

Apparel items ship from a 3rd party in North Carolina and will take longer to ship. You will receive updated information from our supplier when the order ships. Typically between 7-10 days after your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
